Grief is a journey that shouldn’t be travelled alone. It can’t be rushed, and there is no “right way” to walk through loss.

This Autumn, Sep. 11 – Dec 11, NPC is offering a space of encouragement and care for folks to process the death of a loved one. Each weekly session will focus on a different aspect of grief (reality-checks, loneliness, practical matters, etc.). This group uses videos (available online) and small group conversations (with a workbook) in a safe and confidential space. If you find yourself in the disorienting and thick season of grief, this group is for you.

Sessions will be held on Wednesdays at 8:00pm at NPC in Classroom A on the lower-level. The fee is $20 which covers materials and online access.
